Rhodes Holdings LLC (”RHL“) provides this BLOG resource to ensure our community of investors are aware of what companies we have been retained by.  Many investors enjoy hearing who we work with because of the restructuring and massive changes that we wrought in our client companys’ capital structures.

Because this is a public asset, we require everyone who posts to post using etiquette that would not offend everyone - some people, OK.  Here is a quick set of rules:

•  Absolutely no non-public information - insider trading is a real no no with us at RHL.
• Absolutely no flaming, unless the individual is just wrong, then go ahead and let them know that they are wrong but in a non abusive manner.
• Please leave as many references as possible within your text so that we can verify the truth of your statements.
• Keep the articles and comments associated with RHL clients.
